How to Cook
- Pork or Beef (thinly sliced or julienned) 200g, Green bell peppers 6 medium, Bamboo shoots
- Cut bell peppers into thin strips about 5 mm wide. Cut the meat into thin strips and coat lightly with potato starch.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add the bamboo shoots, meat, and bell peppers in this order, and stir-fry over medium heat.
- When everything is cooked through, turn off the heat, add the sauce from the packet, and mix well.
- Turn the heat back to medium and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
