House Hokkaido Stew Base Corn Cream 180g

Recipe

  1. Ingredients (10 servings): This roux 1 box, chicken, pork(1.1 lbs), Onion 2 (14 oz), Potato 3 (1 lb), Carrot: 1 medium (7 oz), Salad oil: 2 tablespoons, Water: 5 cups, Milk 1 cup
  2. Sauté: Heat oil in a heavy pot over medium heat and sauté the ingredients.
  3. Add water and simmer, Add 5 cups of water. Skim off any foam, then simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients soften (about 15 minutes).
  4. Add the roux, Turn off the heat and break the roux into pieces. Add it to the pot and stir until dissolved.
  5. Simmer, Simmer over low heat while stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Add milk and simmer for another 5 minutes until thickened.

  2. Sauté. Heat oil in a heavy pot over medium heat. Add beef, onions, and carrots, and sauté until the onions soften.
