Uji-Shimizu is matcha powder sweetened with granulated sugar. It's delicious when mixed with milk or water, hot or cold. It also goes nicely with yogurt or ice cream.

Granulated sugar, green tea(powdered).

Matcha Powder: 1 1/2 Tablespong(15g - 0.53oz)
Water/Milk: 150ml - 5fl oz
You can enjoy it with either milk or water. When mixed with milk, the matcha aroma softens the distinctive smell of milk, making it more pleasant and less overpowering. If you want to fully savor the flavor of matcha, it's recommended to mix it with water or hot water.
