How to Use
- Take an appropriate amount and spread it across your entire palm.
- For arms, apply in a spiral motion from the outside to the inside, ensuring even coverage.
- For the stomach, spread the product on both hands and apply from the bottom up, then use circular motions.
- For the waist, spread the product on both hands, using the right hand for the right side and the left hand for the left side.
- For hard-to-reach areas on the back, cross your hands to place them on your shoulders, lift your elbows, and press down firmly to spread across the entire back.
- For legs, massage from both sides and spread evenly in a spiral motion.
