Description
This hand cream contains a soft massage powder. With the dual benefits of moisturizing ingredients and massage-induced blood circulation, it helps prevent rough skin on your hands. It is especially recommended for hand care before bed. Fragrance-free and colorless, it comes in a 100g jar and is classified as a quasi-drug.
How To Use
① Spread the cream and massage
- Take an appropriate amount of hand cream and apply it to your hands.
- Massage the back of your hands in circular motions (about 6 times).
② Rub your fingers
- Pinch the sides of each fingertip between your thumb and index finger, and rub upwards towards the base of the finger.
- Once at the base, turn your hand over, and pinch the top and bottom of the finger, sliding back towards the fingertip.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 three times, then apply firm pressure to the fingertip pads and release.
- Perform this process on each finger.
③ Rub the back of your hand
Rub between the bones on the back of your hand with your thumb, moving towards the wrist (about 3 times per spot).
④ Palm pressing and stretching
- Press down on the entire palm with your thumb (around 12 points).
- Gently stretch your fingers back until it feels comfortable (about 3 times).
- Do this slowly, in rhythm with your heartbeat.
A massage before bedtime is especially effective.
