For final processing, ITOEN’s unique roasting method, the “New Post-Roasting Finish” is employed to enhance the tea’s pleasant aroma. This technique draws out a vibrant green infusion and a sweet fragrance, allowing you to fully enjoy the tea’s rich umami flavor.
This advanced roasting method is key to the tea’s deliciousness. It refines the flavor by adjusting heat based on leaf size, weight, harvest season, and tea variety, maximizing the tea’s natural qualities.
