Use
Dissolve one tablet completely in bathwater (150–200 L or 40–53 gallons) before bathing. Avoid bringing the effervescing tablet close to your face, as it may occasionally cause coughing. Even after the bubbles dissipate, carbon dioxide remains dissolved in the water, extending the effect. Bathing within two hours after dissolving is most effective.
