Rich and Savory Salted Tender Chicken

All you need is one piece of chicken thigh, and with a simple three-step microwave process, you can using a unique seasoning blend and a steam-sealing bag that efficiently heats the chicken, this method locks in the juices while cooking the meat to a tender, juicy perfection. The seasoning features a blend of four herbs and garlic, creating a rich, savory salt flavor. The roasted garlic adds deep umami, while the black pepper gives it a perfect accent, making the juicy chicken irresistible. Includes garlic, four herbs, and black pepper.

  1. Preparation. Cut the meat into 4 equal parts, both lengthwise and crosswise. Place the meat inside. Seal the zipper tightly and knead the meat for about 1 minute.
  2. Microwave Heating & Steaming. For 500W, heat for 9 minutes 40 seconds; for 600W, heat for 8 minutes. After heating, let it steam inside the microwave for about 2 minutes.
  3. Serving. Hold the "ここを持つ" mark, take the bag out of the microwave, remove the meat, cut it to your desired thickness, and plate it. Lightly mix the sauce inside the pouch and pour your desired amount over the meat.
