How to Cook(Mapo Tofu)
- Tofu 350g~400g(0.77lbs~1lb), Dissolve 1 Pack of powder in water (30ml).
- Add 180 ml of water (about 6 fl oz) and the mapo tofu sauce mix, then bring to a boil.
- Add tofu, and bring it to a boil again.
- To avoid lumps, turn off the heat before adding the thickening powder. Stir well using a spatula.
- Turn the heat back on, and once it starts to bubble and the sauce thickens, it's ready!
