Easy seasoning with pasta sauce! Tomato Basil Risotto packed with tomato chunks!

Serves: 2

Nissin Welna Tomato Basil Sauce 1 Pack
Rice 400g - 14.1oz
Onion 1/2
Mozzarella Chesse 100g - 3.5oz
Milk 100ml - 3.38fl oz
Water 100ml - 3.38fl oz
Butter 10g - 0.35oz
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
Basil as desired
  1. Finely chop the onion and cut the mozzarella cheese into large, irregular pieces.
  2. Heat butter in a pot, add the onion and sauté. Then add the Tomato Basil Sauce, milk, and water, and bring to a light boil.
  3. Add the rice and simmer until the liquid reduces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve on a plate and top with mozzarella cheese.

Chicken wing 4 Packs
Egg 1/2
Paprika 1/2
Celery 1/2
Consommé (soup) 150ml - 5fl oz
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
Salad Oil 1/2 Tablespoon
Basil as needed
  1. Thinly slice the onion, cut the bell pepper into irregular pieces, and slice the celery diagonally.
  2. Heat salad oil in a pot, add the chicken drumettes, and sauté. Then add the onion, bell pepper, and celery, and lightly sauté them.
  3. Add the Tomato Basil Sauce and consomme soup, and simmer while being careful not to burn. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve on a plate.

German Potatoes made with Meat Sauce

Serves: 2

Nissin Welna Tomato Meat Sauce 1 Pack
Potatoes 3
Bacon 50g - 1.8oz
Olive Oil 1~2 Tablespoon
Coarsely ground pepper 1 Pinch
Mozzarella Cheese 1/2
Parsley (finely chopped) as needed
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, wrap them in plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil, then sauté the bacon (cut into 1cm strips) and the microwaved potatoes. Sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper.
  3. Place the sautéed mixture in a heatproof dish, pour meat sauce over it, top with sliced mozzarella cheese, and bake in a toaster until the cheese melts. Finish by sprinkling with finely chopped parsley.

Clam and Broccoli Meat Sauce

Canned Boiled Clams 1 Can 65g - 2.3oz
Hot Water for boiling 2L 8.5Cups
Salt 2 teaspoons
  1. Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the Pasta 1.6mm for 3 minutes.
  2. Place the frozen broccoli in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the Tomato Meat Sauce to a microwave-safe dish, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the heated meat sauce, add the broccoli and drained canned clams, and mix everything together. Serve on a plate, and it’s ready to enjoy!

Easy with Pasta Sauce! Layered Baked Pumpkin and Mozzarella Cheese

Pumpkin 250g - 8.8oz
Mozzarella Chesse 100g - 3.5oz
Parmesan Chesse(Grated) 1 Tablespoon
Parsley As needed
  1. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin, wrap it in plastic, and microwave (600W) for 3 minutes. Let it cool, then cut into 5mm slices.
  2. In a heatproof dish, alternate layers of the Tomato Meat Sauce and the pumpkin slices, slightly overlapping them.
  3. Tear the mozzarella cheese into pieces and place it evenly over the dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Once the cheese has melted and browned, remove from the oven and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, if desired.
