Peel the potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, wrap them in plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil, then sauté the bacon (cut into 1cm strips) and the microwaved potatoes. Sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper.
Place the sautéed mixture in a heatproof dish, pour meat sauce over it, top with sliced mozzarella cheese, and bake in a toaster until the cheese melts. Finish by sprinkling with finely chopped parsley.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the Pasta 1.6mm for 3 minutes.
Place the frozen broccoli in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
Transfer the Tomato Meat Sauce to a microwave-safe dish, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the heated meat sauce, add the broccoli and drained canned clams, and mix everything together. Serve on a plate, and it’s ready to enjoy!
Easy with Pasta Sauce! Layered Baked Pumpkin and Mozzarella Cheese
Remove the seeds from the pumpkin, wrap it in plastic, and microwave (600W) for 3 minutes. Let it cool, then cut into 5mm slices.
In a heatproof dish, alternate layers of the Tomato Meat Sauce and the pumpkin slices, slightly overlapping them.
Tear the mozzarella cheese into pieces and place it evenly over the dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Once the cheese has melted and browned, remove from the oven and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, if desired.
